PLEASE NOTE:

If you buy "Pre-Order" and "In Stock item" together,  your order will not be shipped until Pre-Order item released. If you want to get "In Stock item" soon, please make payment separately.

We will aim to process and dispatch all orders within 2-4 business days upon order confirmation and payment, unless specifically stated on our website during busy seasons or holidays. All customers will be notified with a Shipping Confirmation email (along with tracking number) once the orders are dispatched.   

For Hong Kong orders:

Standard flat fee of US $4 for all orders sent to an address in Hong Kong. Usual duration of delivery upon dispatch by our service provider is between 3-4 business days.  

 

For USA orders:

Shipping charge starts at US $5. Final shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Please allow approximately 5-9 business days for delivery. Shipping may be slower during the holiday season.

 

For International orders:

Please note that final shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Tax and Customs

We ship all international orders as "Merchandise" and the customer may be subject to custom duties or import taxes once the shipment reaches your country. Customers are responsible for these costs and we recommend checking with your local customs office for more information

If delivery of a package is refused, rejected, or returned for delivery failure, we reserve the right to charge your credit card for both outbound and inbound shipping charges.
